Army of Two: Devil's Cartel demo coming next week
A free taste of Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel will be available two weeks before the game's full release.
Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel, Electronic Arts' bro-tastic co-op shooter, is coming in just a few weeks. While we thought it merely "serviceable," perhaps you'll want to see for yourself with an early-release playable demo. A free taste will be available on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live on March 12th.
The demo will have you taking control of Alpha and Bravo as they must rescue a kidnapped politician while diffusing a hostage situation. Moving from a drug lab to the rooftops, the demo will give players a taste of the over-the-top "Overkill" feature. EA promises "epic explosions" and "massive destruction," for those unsure if the third Army of Two game would take a more heartfelt, intellectual approach to design. Don't fret, it won't.
The full game will be available two weeks later, on March 26th.
