If you've been following Castle Crashers developer The Behemoth, you know that its follow-up game BattleBlock Theater has been in development for years now. It's finally ready for testing, and the developer has announced that the beta will begin on February 28.

The announcement (via Joystiq) notes that 10,000 will be admitted to the beta, and they must be at least 13 years old with a working Xbox 360 and Internet connection. The beta applications have been open since January, but The Behemoth is still welcoming tester applications. The announcement didn't give any indication of when a full release might happen.
