Paradox Interactive's hit Magicka franchise is making the leap onto iOS and Android. Wizards of the Square Tablet is a touch-exclusive, promising to translate the original's co-op spellcasting to tablet devices.

Wizards of the Square Tablet isn't a mere port, however. This is a new Magicka campaign, featuring a brand new story. Whereas the original game came from Arrowhead, this new touch version is from Ludosity (check out their credentials here

The game's debut trailer reveals a more cartoony (and far more gory) look for the game. Crucially, it appears that "accidental" team kills still return, ensuring this is definitely a Magicka title.
