Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen dated for April
Capcom casually announced a Dragon's Dogma expansion named Dark Arisen back in September, but didn't have much to say about it. Now it's piped up to reveal Dark Arisen is an expanded version of the original game, packing a "huge" new area with gobs of new enemies, along with new skills, items, and more.

Dark Arisen introduces Bitterblack Isle, a new area with a "massive new underground realm." It brings 25 new enemies, introduces Level 3 skills for all classes, adds over 100 new items, and whacks in 14 new augments. There's your numbered checklist. It also has more character customisation options, " more intuitive" menus, easier travel, and well as an option to play with Japanese voices.
All of the original Dragon's Dogma content is included too, and players can import saves from that to continue their adventures with Dark Arisen's enhancements. To take a bit of the sting out of repurchasing content they already own, Capcom's offering Dragon's Dogma owners 100,000 Rift Crystals, unlimited Ferrystones, and the Gransys Armour Pack if they buy Dark Arisen.
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen launches for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on April 23 at $39.99.
