Gearbox still has a competitive mode or two up its sleeve, and there's co-op too, so Colonial Marines should put in a very respectable multiplayer showing. Escape will be playable at Sega's PAX Prime booth over the weekend, if you're headed there.
Aliens: Colonial Marines is scheduled to infest PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on February 12, 2013, following a delay. A Wii U version is in the works too. Of course there's a fancy Colector's Edition, you big silly, I don't know why you even asked.
