PlayStation Plus cloud storage expanding to 1GB
Sony has announced that PlayStation Plus' cloud storage feature is upgrading to a full GB of space, up from 150 MB.
At Sony's Gamescom 2012 press briefing, the company outlined some upcoming plans for PlayStation Plus. Most notably, the Cloud Saving feature is getting a huge upgrade from 150 MB to a full GB, which the company says ensures that users will never run out of space to save games in the cloud.
The company also casually mentioned that the service will be expanding to PlayStation Vita, though it was vague on that front. Sony promised more information to come soon, so we'll update as details become available.

You can do it manually, but not automatically. Whenever you boot a game up for the first time and it asks you if you'd like to automatically upload your saves, if you select yes, it will say this feature can only be enabled on one console at a time, and will disable it on the currently enabled system. It also handles the automatic updates and trophy sync too.
Sorry, wasn't referring to just uploading saves.. -

that's not a problem, the problem is automatically syncing your saved games. so on my PS3 at home it does it no problem. the PS3 at the cottage, which isn't mine, I have to manually download my saves when I arrive and manually upload my saves before I leave. because the dude that owns the ps3 and has the primary psn account on the system doesn't have plus, no software updates automatically either.

150mb did seem small, at the same time, I've used very little of my 360 cloud space (far less than 100mb) even though I've been using it almost exclusively for save games since it launched. I think I skipped putting FO:NV up there but otherwise it's got a bunch of games, I've been surprised how little has gotten used up.
