Marvel vs Capcom Origins hitting PSN/XBLA in September
Capcom has announced Marvel vs Capcom Origins, a compilation of the original MvC and Marvel Super Heroes. It will come out this September for PSN/XBLA, priced at $14.99 (1200 MSP).
Comic heroes have been brawling with Capcom fighters a lot lately, between the re-release of Marvel vs Capcom 2 on various platforms, plus Marvel vs Capcom 3 and then Ultimate MvC3. But if you just haven't gotten your fill of Chun-Li beating up Spider-Man, another re-release is on the way: Marvel vs Capcom Origins.
The dual pack will include the original Marvel vs Capcom, and the fighting game Marvel Super Heroes. The Capcom Unity blog announced it will be hitting PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in September for $14.99 (1200 MSP). It adds features like graphic filters, dynamic challenges, online play with spectator modes, and replay saving.
For those unfamiliar, Marvel Super Heroes was an extension of a different Capcom fighter, X-Men: Children of the Atom. It added a larger roster of Marvel characters and a new storyline around the Infinity Gauntlet.
Capcom also announced that the game will be playable at the EVO fighting tournament, and the San Diego Comic-Con. You can try it out there if you happen to be attending.

Wish this wasn't just a troll. I'd pay $40 for digital version of ALL Versus games. I really enjoyed X-men VS Street Fighter and Marvel VS. Street Fighter in the arcades and on my Jap version of the Saturn. That and I want Dungeon's and Dragons Collection on XBLA. I hate having to use my Saturn for it.
