- Special Commendation for Sound - The Last of Us
- Special Commendation for Innovation - Watch Dogs
Last year's winner was BioShock Infinite. With both Last of Us and BioShock Infinite releasing in 2013, it'll be interesting to see which (if either) "Best of E3" winner can steal Game of the Year.

They're pretty sure it's coming to current-gen consoles. (http://www.shacknews.com/article/74185/watch-dogs-confirmed-for-pc-xbox-360-and-ps3) Whether it will look half as good on console as it does on PC...well...we'll see, I guess.

Wasn't last year's BS:I presentation at E3 stage-only? I know they did have in-game with the blimp attack and such, but I don't recall it being played by attendees.
However, I felt this years E3 no-shows and little guys carried more power than the staged events: Dishonored, CoH2, ARMA3, Guild Wars 2, and Planetside 2. -
