Neocore Games, best known for its King Arthur games, is working on a brand new IP. The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is an action RPG "loosely based on Bram Stoker's classic novel Dracula" being made for Xbox Live Arcade and PC. Thankfully, it has no connection with the Van Helsing movie from 2004.

Neocore didn't offer any screenshots of their upcoming project, simply providing art of its "gothic-noir universe" set in a "fantastical 19th century Europe filled with monsters, magic, and eird technology."

"Being located in Eastern Europe and having experience developing RPGs, Van Helsing is a natural fit for us," Neocore's lead writer Viktor Juhász said in a press release.

The Incredible Adventures is slated for a late Q4 2012 release.
