Closure coming to PS3 on March 27
The IGC Grand Prize winner will be available to download on PS3 in a mere two weeks.
Closure, winner of the Grand Prize at the Indie Game Challenge this year, will be ready to download on PS3 in a mere two weeks. The puzzle-platformer is based on the premise that "an object properly lit up is physically there, yet an object shrouded in darkness ceases to be."
Eyebrow Interactive's three-man team have spent three years working on the game, designing nearly 100 puzzles across a variety of black-and-white settings. And don't expect it to be a walk in the park. "Towards the end of development, I decided to play through the entire game and I reached a few puzzles (puzzles I designed, mind you) that I hadn't played in a few months. I had forgotten the solutions and was stumped on them for a relatively long time," lead designer Tyler Glaiel told the PlayStation.Blog.
Closure will be available on the PlayStation Network as part of Sony's "Spring Fever" promotion. The game will debut for $14.99 for regular PSN users, $11.99 for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
