Defenders of Ardania hits XBLA, PC next week
Paradox Interactive and Deep Silver announced today that the iPad game Defenders of Ardania will make the jump to Xbox Live Arcade and PC next week.

Three months after the iPad debut of multiplayer tower defense Defenders of Ardania, the PC and Xbox Live Arcade editions are limbering up to launch on March 14. While it cost $4.99 on iPad, the spin-off of the Majesty series will run you 1200 Microsoft Points ($15) on XBLA and presumably the same on PC.
The phrase "tower defense" might not be entirely accurate, since you'll also be deploying your own armies against AI opponents and other players. You can choose from three races and then construct upgradable 24 towers, and deploy 24 units. The game currently boasts 3.5 stars on iTunes, with some users complaining of repetitive attack phases and a lack of depth.
