"We have signed NDAs so we are not allowed to tell the exact date and distribution platforms just yet but rest assured that everything is now in good hands," Almost Human co-founder Petri Häkkinen said in the announcement.
Almost Human also plans Mac and iOS releases for Legend of Grimrock.
Venturing into the grid-based dungeons of Mount Grimrock, you'll wade through all puzzles, traps and all sorts of monstrous monsters with your party. Here's a peek at how the beta version looked back in November 2011:

From the FAQ
Is the game turn based or real time?
We feel that real time works better with the game we are making. It goes well with the atmosphere of the game since the player can be surprised by creeping monsters and the mood of the combat is more intense. Timing is an essential tactical element and our puzzles also benefit from working in real time. Real time gameplay also helps us differentiate from a number of other dungeon crawl games that have been released over the years.

Yep, it's a direct homage to Dungeon Master; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeon_Master_%28video_game%29
