For those considering it, $25 for Spacemarine still isn't cheap enough.

        MeestaNob,

Care to enlighten the conversation with some actual argument as to why it isn't worth it?

I bought for $40 and I'm happy. There are some annoying FAILS in game design and execution. That train boss fight and the lack of access to control mapping in game (which is a common developer arrogance that we all will sit down in a weekend and play their game, not that we might get busy, come back and forget their unique control setup.)

The big selling point is the world really does have the weight of the 40k universe. The sound, visuals and combat (minus the AI that generally doesn't support you like a real squad) all feel really tight.

These days we seem lucky with most AAA titles to get anything beyond crashing, performance problems and fetch missions so this game is one of the best I've played recently, Amnesia the Dark Decent being the other, and the better of the two though no your typical sausagefest homospartan shooter, or a FMV game.

I picked it up at release for full price and thought it was worth every penny. No regrets.

Guard your tongue, whelp, lest we cut it out. We space marines care not for your moon-touched ramblings!

The steam Fear 3 deal is bad and should be bypassed. The regular price is ~$15 at greenmangaming ( http://www.greenmangaming.com/games/shooter/fear-3/ ) and is steamworks.

The prices are links and not the name of the games.

What the hell. GamersGate won't accept credit card payments except through PayPal? Sale=lost.
