Gotta say Kamikazes... I remember the first screenshot I saw of them. Just look at this guy!

Kamikaze of course, there is nothing like staring at a headless guy holding two bombs screaming at you. The first time I saw this, I died, because I mentally paused to try and figure out how the damn things were screaming. Ever since, anytime I hear that scream I start spinning around wildly trying to make sure one doesn't sneak up on me.

These guys were pretty awesome:

While the kamikaze runners are obviously awesome for being awesomely zany, my favorite creatures to slaughter are the kleer skeletons. Nothing quite as satisfying as being charged by a mob of 40+ kleers and just rolling over all of them with a cannonball, sending bones, skulls and other appendages flying in all directions!

To tell you the truth, I enjoy all the enemies of Serious Sam throughout the years. I enjoy the mindless and undeviating devotion of the beheaded kamikazes; I enjoyed kleer skeleton and his irritation whirling chained balls. However, if I was to just choose just one Serious Sam enemy, I would be partial in choosing Ugh Zan lll (in Serious Sam Fe). Upon first seeing this massive general of Mental‘s armies, Serious Sam says, “well, you’re a big one aren’t ya!!” When looking back to my time fighting this epic final boss (in Serious Sam Fe), I see a remnant of a past when bosses were actually good and had an ability of creating a genuine feeling of accomplishment when killing them. Now Days bosses are rather bland, generic, and provide little feeling of triumph when defeated. This Epic boss battle against Ugh Zan lll is one of the most memorable and incredible in FPS history (along with many other boss battles in theserious sam series). Without a shadow of a doubt, this final boss battle is the epitome of what a pure action FPS game should be, and Ugh Zan lll is the epitome of what a boss should be. And for thing reason and many more, Ugh Zan lll is my most favorite and memorable enemy of Serious Sam.

Ugh-Zan III; first time I saw him I couldn't believe what I was about to fight. Regarded as one of the biggest bosses in gaming history and sent by Mental to supervise the final cleaning of planet Earth, he's the perfect amount of bad-ass to confront an equally (And in the end more) bad-ass Sam. Plus it takes a giant UFO death beam to finally send his ass packing.
