Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken releases on PS3 in October
Indie developer Ratloop Asia's Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken releases exclusively for the PlayStation Network on October 18.
Heavily armed poultry is headed to the PlayStation 3 in October, with the release of indie developer Ratloop Asia's Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken, a sequel to the critically-acclaimed PC-exclusive Rocketbirds: Revolution. A 2D action-platformer-shooter--just like its predecessor--Hardboiled Chicken puts players in the role of a badass, gun-toting, motherclucker trying to rid the city of Albatross of a "totalitarian Penguin regime" headed by the evil leader, Putzki. Plus, jetpacks!
Hardboiled Chicken boasts stereoscopic 3D support and both single-player and co-operative story campaigns, and fans of the original can expect improvements over Revolution across the board. New features, game modes, cinematics, screens, chapters, and guns and explosives are making their way into the sequel. Check out the new trailer below and watch the feathers fly.
Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken comes out on October 18 for $11.99, exclusively on the PlayStation Network.
