PlayStation Suite is Sony's platform for bringing games across multiple "PlayStation Certified" devices, such as the the Xperia Play, Sony Tablets S and P, and the upcoming PlayStation Vita. In addition, Sony plans on "accelerating the expansion of PlayStation Certified devices."

Developers will be able to purchase the software development kit (SDK) in November, while content will be distributed next Spring.

Because Suite targets so many devices, including Android based portables, Sony argues that the PlayStation Suite will be attractive for developers that want to "efficiently create their content on one SDK and without having to create on several different SDKs." PlayStation Suite SDK can run programs developed in C#.

Currently, the PlayStation Store on Android features PSone classics, and is available in Japan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Australia. Obviously, "more countries" will follow. Come next spring, the PlayStation Store will also feature content from PlayStation Suite developers.
