God of War: Origins Collection demo coming soon
The God of War: Origins Collection is only two weeks away from its September 13th launch. But you'll be able to get an early taste with a free downloadable demo.
The God of War: Origins Collection is only two weeks away from its September 13th launch. The compilation includes two remastered PSP games: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta, upscaled to 1080p and re-rendered in eye-zapping 3D.
But can the upgraded PSP games live up to the lofty standards set by the three console games? You can find out for yourself by downloading the forthcoming demo.
PlayStation Plus members will be able to download the demo tomorrow, August 30th. Everyone else will be able to download the demo on September 6th. Included on the demo is a small sample of Ghost of Sparta. (Chains of Olympus, although the better game, won't be part of the trial.) Hopefully, the final build will improve some of the lingering issues I had when I played an early build at E3.
