Mass Effect 3 'combat reveal' video
EA and BioWare have released a new trailer for Gamescom. The "Combat Reveal" video shows how you'll control Commander Shepard and use squad tactics to defeat the larger, more aggressive enemies of the trilogy's end.
Just in case you didn't know what the combat of Mass Effect 3 looked like, EA and BioWare have released a curiously-titled new trailer for Gamescom. The "Combat Reveal" video shows how you'll control Commander Shepard and use squad tactics to defeat the larger, more aggressive enemies of the trilogy's end.
Oh, and there's grenades.

I remember the animations being better in the second one (but my memory sucks). They did seem a bit strange/ stiff here. But then, if you look at any Bioware game, the animations are all very unnatural. Especially after seeing how smooth the animations from Skyrim can be. Maybe Bioware is still working on the animations? It's a long way from release yet.
Not that this will deter me from buying this on the day of release, it's just a casual observation.

They cut it down a bit too much I agree but the first one was dumb with a billion different mods and oh have an inventory that can hold a 140 things? 140 wtf is this Twitter? Guns in the first one just became what has the bigger numbers and throw some bs mods that didn't really help anyways. It was complexity for no payoff.

and to be specific, you can modify accuracy, stability, damage, fire rate and magazine...ammo remains as active powers (incendiary, disrupter, etc.)...also, all classes can use all weapon types this time around, so there's more variety there (even if they "save" some of the best weapons for DLC, which admittedly sucks)
