The Nintendo Video app is now available for 3DS owners across America. The initial line-up of videos includes a trailer for the upcoming Captain America movie and two shorts: "Sunday Jog" and "Dinosaur Office" from College Humor. In the coming weeks, more content will be provided automatically via SpotPass.
In order to access Nintendo Video, you'll have to download the app from the Nintendo eShop. One of the first updates to the library will be a new music video from OK Go, with the 3D version "exclusive" to the 3DS. (OK Go was one of the first content providers for the 3DS; "White Knuckles" was automatically downloaded via a 3DS firmware update.)
Over the coming weeks, Nintendo Video will also add additional exclusive 3D content from Jason DeRulo, Foster the People, CollegeHumor, and the Blue Man Group. This is, of course, in addition to a regular stream of animated shorts, 3D trailers, and sports videos. All of the videos offered through the service are provided for a limited time only, Nintendo warns. "Wait too long and you'll miss them!"
