Indie developer Twisted Pixel has announced that its next downloadable title, Ms. Splosion Man, will arrive on July 13.

The Xbox Live Arcade-exclusive title is a spin-off of the developer's smash hit, (or exploding strike) Splosion Man. "Embattled socialite Ms. Splosion Man has been roundly condemned by authorities for her destruction of property and abundant manslaughter charges, but nevertheless remains hugely popular in the hearts of the people," a press release described the new lead character.

Ms. Splosion Man features "50 all new single player levels, a 50 level multiplayer campaign" and a number of other "surprises," including unlockables that go behind-the-scenes. A price for the game has yet to be revealed. Splosion Man launched at 800MS Points ($10) when it arrived during 2009's Summer of Arcade Xbox Live promotion.

Twisted Pixel is also hard at work at its first retail release, The Gunstringer, a Kinect-enabled title staring a marionette seeking vengeance. Oh, those wacky folks!
