I hope that everyone was able to get some well-needed rest over the Labor Day weekend. Tonight, on the Stevetendo Show, we’re jumping back into our Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age playthrough. We have been making good progress in the game but it feels like there is a lot to go. During the last Dragon Quest XI playthrough, we made our way through the Cavern under Octagonia and located Jade, who went missing inside the cavern.

It turns out that Jade knew our late mother and has royal blood flowing inside her. There’s more to Jade but I don’t want to spoil it for people who haven’t played the game yet. This evening we set our sights on a new location, Puerto Valor, and that means new adventures! Set to go live at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, join the Stevetendo Show for more of our Dragon Quest XI playthrough.

Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into the Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you can't make tonight's show, you can watch Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. The plan is to have a new playthrough start up this week and finish The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past next week. I don't know what the new playthrough is going to be yet but I have been thinking of a few games.

September means that the weather is cooling down as well as football. If you’re like me, then your upcoming weekends will be full of non-stop sports coverage. If you aren’t like me, then allow me to make a suggestion to fill all that free time. You should check out all the great shows on the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel and the Shacknews Twitch channel. That way, you never miss a great Stevetendo Show again!

Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on the Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Online service, it has a great chance to be played on the program. You never know when Nintendo is going to add something to the Nintendo Switch Online service so stay tuned.
