Tonight, on the Stevetendo Show, we’re getting back into our Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age playthrough. In the only other time I have played Dragon Quest XI, I made it about half way through. The playthrough for the show has almost caught up. During the last Dragon Quest XI playthrough, we made our way to the desert town of Gallopolis. It was in Gallopolis that we met the Sultan and the Prince.

The Prince was going to let his people down and asked if we could help him. Before getting out of town, the Prince asked if we would help him take down a monster in the desert, the Slayer of the Sands. Will our party be able to take down a demon in the desert? Set to go live at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, join the Stevetendo Show for more of our Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age playthrough.

Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into the Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you can't make tonight's show, you can watch Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. Coming up on the show is more of our Jet Force Gemini playthrough. I have to say I'm surprised that I'm giving Jet Force Gemini another chance because I had a nice freak out during the last episode. We will also have another new playthrough starting up next week because Metroid: Zero Mission is over. Stay tuned to see what new series joins the lineup next!

It’s raining really hard in the northeast so we might be finally getting a break from the really hot weather. In this instance, be careful of locations that could flood from the torrential rain. If your area is still really hot, drink a lot of water and stay inside and watch some of the Stevetendo Show. That sounds like great advice but you could also check out the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel too.

Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on the Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Online service, it has a great chance to be played on the program. You never know when Nintendo is going to add something to the Nintendo Switch Online service so stay tuned.
