Tonight, on the Stevetendo show, we’re diving right back into our Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age playthrough. During the last episode, we broke out of Heliodor prison with the help of our first party member, Erik. Erik had some unfinished business to take care of in downtown Heliodor so we tagged along. We overheard that the king’s troops were making their way to Cobblestone, the hero’s hometown.

The King isn’t happy that Cobblestone harbored the Luminary and thus sent the troops to take care of the town. We have to get to Cobbelstone in time to save the village. We have been playing the game thus far in 3D mode but there is also a 2D mode and we might be inclined to switch modes to spice things up a little. Set to go live at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, join the Stevetendo show for more of our Dragon Quest XI playthrough.

Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into the Stevetendo show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you can't make tonight's show, you can watch Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. Coming up on the show is more of our Perfect Dark playthrough as well as more Metroid: Zero Mission. After exploring and getting out of Area 51, we might learn about more government conspiracies in Perfect Dark. As for Metroid: Zero Mission, we took down Kraid and have Ridley in our sights!

I know it’s the summer but I don’t think it’s ever going to be cool in the northeast again. That being said, do yourself a favor, stay inside with a frozen Mountain Dew and the Stevetendo show on your screen. Give the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel a sub and I’ll let it slide if you want to watch a different Shacknews Twitch program!

Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on the Stevetendo show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Online service, it has a great chance to be played on the program. You never know when Nintendo is going to add something to the Nintendo Switch Online service so stay tuned.
