ShackStream: Tiny Team Building in Grounded - Episode 34

Big Team Building is getting tiny as the staff see if they can survive in Grounded.

It’s Big Team Building time except this time we’re going tiny. That’s right, Tiny Team Building is taking four Shack staff, shrinking them down, and seeing if they can survive the backyard in Grounded. Tune in to today’s livestream at 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET to see if we can avoid succumbing to the elements.

The September 29 edition of Big Team Building – today called Tiny Team Building – is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET and last for about two hours. This should give the team plenty of time to get their bearings in Grounded, do a bit of exploring, and hopefully set up a decent base to begin the task of surviving.

If you’re playing catch up, Grounded has just come out of early access and has officially released its retail version. The game is your classic survival-crafting experience with a big twist: you play as children who have been shrunk down to the size of a quarter (maybe smaller). All the resourecs available to you are what you would find in a backyard. Instead of wood you use twigs, instead of stone you use pebbles, instead of planks and beams you use blades of grass. The best way to describe it is to take Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and turn it into a video game.

Take a moment to read over TJ Denzer’s Grounded review where he says, “Of all the survival games I’ve played, Grounded is easily one of the coolest.” Be sure to stop by the livestream to check it out for yourself and while you’re there drop us a follow. You can support us further by subscribing, which you can do for free by linking Amazon Prime to Twitch.
