Pokemon Unite has already launched on Switch, and we now know when it will release for mobile devices. Pokemon Unite launches on iOS and Android on September 22, 2021.
Pokemon Unite’s iOS and Android release date was shared during the August Pokemon Presents event. The game first launched on Switch back on July 21, and has received several balance updates and bug fixes in the times since. Pokemon Unite has also received post-launch characters since it was first released. All of the content present in the Switch version will be in the mobile release as well.
The Pokemon Company also confirmed that Pokemon Unite will be crossplay between Switch and mobile devices. In a new trailer, we get a look at the user interface as a match of Unite is played out on a smartphone. Those that are looking forward to playing Unite on mobile can pre-register now. If 2.5 million players pre-register, everybody will receive the Pikachu license for free.
