MineCon 2019 is almost here, and there’s some good news for international miners. MineCon 2019 is going to be streamed, so if you can’t be there in person to have some Minecraft fun, you can join in from the comfort of your home.

MineCon 2019 live stream date and time

The MineCon 2019 live stream is set to begin on September 28 at 12PM ET / 9AM PT. What’s in store for the big event is anyone’s guess, but there’s always plenty of new surprises to be found with Minecraft reveals!

MineCon 2019 Minecraft Earth
We could see a release date for Minecraft Earth announced at MineCon 2019.

Recently, Minecraft Earth had its first closed beta. This was a small test, available to only those in Seattle and London. MineCon 2019 would be the perfect time to finally announce a release date, especially considering this latest entry into the Minecraft franchise is schedule to release this year. If you’re still waiting to get your hands on this mobile version, make sure you check out our Minecraft Earth release date and price guide so you know as soon as it’s available!

Beyond Minecraft Earth, there’s likely going to be a few other announcements. Production was recently stopped on the Super Duper Graphics Pack with the developers stating they “weren’t happy with how the pack performed across devices.” This was no doubt disappointing for gamers, as the pack was set to offer beautiful 4K visuals to the blocky world. However, the glimmer of hope was that the team was looking into other ways to give Minecraft a new looks – so we could hear more about that.

Not a lot is known about what awaits us at MineCon 2019. Could we finally receive a Minecraft Earth release date? Is there more news about a graphics pack for Minecraft? Only time will tell. For those who can’t be at the convention in person, make sure you check out the MineCon 2019 live stream here on Shacknews on September 28.
