Earth Night flies onto Nintendo Switch later this year
Players will be able to save the world from Dragons on the Nintendo Switch later this year when Earth Night launches for the console.
Today’s Nintendo Indie livestream showed off a number of exciting titles that are headed to the Switch console. Several new titles were shown off including the upcoming auto-runner Earth Night. According to today’s presentation, it is just one of many new titles that will be making its way onto the console before the end of 2019.
In Earth Night, players will be tasked to take back the Earth from a dragon invasion. You’ll take on the role of at least two playable characters, a 14-year-old high school girl and a photographer as they run and jump their way across procedurally created levels to save the world. Earth night looks like it combines features from gamers favorite auto-runners like Super Meat Boy and Bit.Trip.Runner and looks to add some rogue-like elements as well.
Fortunately, fans shouldn’t have to wait too long to get Earth Night on their Nintendo Switch. The game is set to launch to later this year on the console and we are quickly starting to run out of months in 2019. We’ll be sure to keep you up to date as more details on a specific launch date become available.
