Weekend Console Download Deals for July 19: Xbox Super Game Sale

Xbox users are going to have a chance to pick up some of the best games of 2019 so far, including Rage 2, Mortal Kombat 11, and Devil May Cry 5.

It's summer time and that means it's time to catch up on some of the best games out on consoles today. For Xbox, that means bringing out some of the best games released in 2019 so far, including Rage 2, Mortal Kombat 11, and Devil May Cry 5. If you have yet to catch up with those games, they're on sale all weekend.

Meanwhile, PlayStation is having a modest Flash Sale, but if you missed out on last week's Retro Sale, fear not. The Retro Sale is continuing for another week, so take a moment to catch up on some of those old-school classics. And over at Nintendo, the very best of Mega Man is on sale across the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo 3DS. So either pick up the retro Mega Man collections or pick up the much newer Mega Man 11 and give it a go.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
