Killing Floor 2's Back and Kickin' Brass event live now
Jump into Killing Floor 2 for a swath of new content you'll want to dig into all summer long.
Ready to kill some zeds? You can do just that in Killing Floor 2's latest content drop, Killing Floor 2: Back & Kickin' Brass.
The new content includes the Objective game mode, which includes new animations, tasks throughout the environment, special effects, cinematic, and interface elements that come together to combine for a special new narrative experience in-game. There's also the new map Steam Fortress, which comes with new weapons: the medic bat and seal squeal.
This content drop will also come packing the return of the Summer Sideshow Zeds as fellas the continuing adventures of Lockheart, where players will work to assist Lockheart to repair his rocket and get it refueled up for launch and an eventual assault on the moon. You can also look forward to prestige rank 5, limited-time skins, objectives, and cosmetics.
Anyone with the game on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC can start playing today, heralding the beginning of a summer event with plenty of new content to wade through. The Summer Content Update will begin with an extra-long Free Weekend on Steam that begins later today and will stretch all the way through 10 AM PT on Tuesday, June 25. During the Free Weekend, the game will also be on sale on Steam so you can go ahead and buy it if you still don't have it in your collection.
