Google Calendar is down, users report 404 and other errors
Google Calendar is down! Everyone is acting like they have no meetings. It's pretty great.
Google Calendar is down. Many users are reporting Error 404 on mobile and desktop.
There’s no real information available yet about what is causing the issues, but it appears to be fairly widespread. Many users have reported being unable to access their Google Calendar, leaving them stranded from their normal day to day activities.
If you use the free online calendar as your main daily planner, then the issues could definitely be something that you find yourself struggling with throughout the day. Google has yet to make any official comment on what caused the issues, though the G Suite Status page has been updated to showcase that there are some service disruptions with Google Calendar, and the tech giant is currently investigating them. It doesn’t appear that the issue is something that is hitting everyone, though many users have reported getting errors on both mobile and desktop whenever they try to access the Google Calendar application.
Perhaps the most amusing part of all of this—aside from everyone pretending their meetings aren’t happening—is that Google had just recently tweeted about how great Google Calendar was for scheduling before the service went down. While we’re sure it’s just a coincidence, it’s definitely worthy of a chuckle or two.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on the service and provide any updates as they become available. For now, users affected by the issue will need to remain patient as Google sorts things out. You can keep an eye out for updates via this article, or by checking out the G Suite Status page yourself. As of this moment, it appears that Google Calendar is the only application experiencing any kind of issues. Users who run into other hang-ups can report them via the status page to ensure Google knows about them.
If you’re one of the people hit by the issues with Google Calendar, remain patient. Google is looking into what’s causing the issue, and we’ll update as soon as we know more. For now, be sure to keep your eyes glued to our main news hub for the latest breaking information coming out of the gaming and tech world today.

Actually you're thinking of the YouTube Creator Calender, which has been shut down, but if you transfer all your data to the new Android Creator Calender service between June 18 and June 19 then you'll be able to access your Calender data (until the Android Creator Calender shutdown date on June 27th).
The Stadia Calender is unaffected, of course. -
What are you all complaining about? You don't build a car in a day! We have to build YouTube Calendar into a unicycle before it can become a car. Being able to add events will come to YouTube Calendar in 2025.
We're also offering YouTube Calendars for Business as part of a subscription for our partners. It will offer custom events when it launches in Q2 2020, but reminders are coming exclusively to our free mobile app Google Days.
