For Honor may have had a rocky start, but the game just keeps getting better and adding more content. That trend continued at Ubisoft’s E3 2019 press conference, when it was announced that Shadows of the Hitokiri, a limited time event, would be live from June 10 until June 27.

The Shadows of the Hitokiri event will introduce a new mode called Soul Rush. This limited-time mode is going to have teams pitted against each other in a fight to collect the most souls by killing soldiers. Same as the game, the Soul Rush mode will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

To complicate things, each player will have their own stock of souls. If they’re killed, they will lose a portion of those souls to the player that killed them. The souls in each player’s stock will count towards the team total. As players collect souls, they’ll be able to deposit them around the battlefield, increasing their team’s overall score. Once one team makes it to 1,000 souls, they’ll push the other team into breaking.
