Sweeney Scrupulousness Escalation Contract - Hitman 2

Earn a Silent Assassin rating while completing the Sweeney Scrupulousness Escalation Contract in Hitman 2.

The Sweeney Scrupulousness Escalation Contract was added to Hitman 2 on May 9, 2019. This three-part mission doesn’t come with any special rewards, but solving the unique problems that one of Hitman 2’s Escalation Contracts provides is satisfying on its own. In this guide, I’ll help you get a Silent Assassin rating on the Sweeney Scrupulousness Escalation Contract and encourage you to improve on what I came up with. That, after all, is what this type of content in Hitman 2 is all about.

Sweeney Scrupulousness Level 1

It should be known that this guide will begin with Agent 47 spawning at the Event Entrance, but players should feel free to spawn in the Medical Area if they have it unlocked, which will automatically put them in the Medic disguise, a requirement for all three levels. This will shave a minute or more off each run. Beyond that, the only item players might need to unlock is the Modern Emetic Syringe, or any variation is also fine. The requirements for Level 1 are as follows:

• Target: Irene Bronson
• Eliminate Using: Amputation Knife
• Wear Disguise: Medic

Sweeney Scrupulousness Level 2

Things get more complicated here having to hide all bodies, but it’s still not too bad. Players can still start in the Medical Area if they have it unlocked, and their loadout will not change. While Irene Bronson is easy to isolate and hide, just as in Level 1, Jeff Castle, the new target, is out in the open and must be brought somewhere quiet. It is the Modern Emetic Syringe (or variant) that will accomplish that task.

Sweeney Scrupulousness Level 3

Level 3 is even more complicated, but there’s a painless way to hide all the bodies. The loadout is the same, with Agent 47 bringing any silent pistol (ICA19 Silverballer, obviously), either the Modern Emetic Syringe or any variation, and coins (I prefer the ICA Outstanding Performance Coin). The major problem here is that Tobias Cropper, the third target, is even more exposed than Jeff Castle. Luckily, we can lure him directly to a container where his body can be hidden. Players should again feel free to start out in the Medical Area, but this guide and embedded video show how to approach from the Event Entrance. The mission objectives state some things have been moved, but it’s only a container and we weren’t using it.
