ShackStream: Public Test Server adventures with Division 2

Massive is preparing a monster balance pass for The Division 2 and has thrown the latest build on the Public Test Server. Let's see what we can dig up.

Now more than a month after launch, players have settled into the grind with The Division 2. Loads of users are working through the endgame content, playing missions, and exploring the dark zone in search of better loot. Many different builds have surfaced from dedicated theorycrafters, offering powerful skills and high DPS numbers. With the new update, developer Massive aims to tone down some of the most popular stat and damage boosts in the game.

What does this mean for the builds you’ve been grinding for ever since the last balance patch? We dive deep into the Public Test Server today with the new update to discover if all our favorite talents and buffs are now worthless, or if there is a method to the madness.
