Hollow Knight Collector's Edition available for pre-order

Pick up the Hollow Knight Collector's Edition and score a host of bonus goodies based on Team Cherry's popular Metroidvania release.

One of the greatest Metroidvania games to hit modern gaming platforms is Hollow Knight, the stylish and addictive action-platformer from the crew at Team Cherry. Hollow Knight is something of a fan favorite game, meaning it's garnered a strong following from players who have fallen in love with the art style and the realm of Hallownest. Those players will certainly want to pick up a physical copy of the game — for collection purposes, of course — and if they haven't yet, they can now pre-order the Hollow Knight Collector's Edition and pick up some bonus items along the way.

Being the incredible title that it is, we're not surprised to learn that players want a physical copy of Hollow Knight. Of course, given that the base game is just about 20 dollars, players won't have to break their banks to scoop up the Hollow Knight Collector's Edition. And, if they decide to make the purchase, they'll score a lot of sweet Hollow Knight-themed swag in the process. The Hollow Knight Collector's Edition includes:

• Metal brooch with display stand, wall hook, and dual-pronged fastener
• Gift-box-style case with gold-foil filigree and a clear printed sleeve
• 14-page Quirrel comic book
• Gold-foil art print set by Ari Gibson
• Physical copy of the game including all DLC: Hidden Dreams, The Grimm Troupe, Lifeblood, and Godmaster
• Bonus: Nintendo Switch copies of the Collector’s Edition include a bonus cleaning cloth

In addition to these bonuses, the Hollow Knight Collector's Edition also includes all of the goodies packed in with the Hollow Knight Standard Edition, including the physical game copy and case, printed game manual, and fold-out map of Hallownest.

Physical retail copies of the Hollow Knight Collector's Edition can be pre-ordered right now through Fangamer. To sweeten the deal, all gamers who pre-order the collector's edition will be eligible to receive a special pre-order bonus in the form of the Hollow Knight Papercraft set, which includes four DIY papercraft figures of some of the game's most iconic faces.

The Hollow Knight Collector's Edition is available for pre-order via Fangamer for $64-$69, depending on the platform chosen. Players can also pre-order the Hollow Knight Standard Edition from Fangamer if they so choose, where the cost is currently set at $29-$34.

Shipping begins on May 31, so players won't have to wait too much longer to crack open the game and start enjoying all those Hollow Knight-themed goodies.
