Tim Cook says new Apple products will "blow you away"
Tim Cook, speaking on Apple's new lineup, has a feeling that the products will "blow you away," which is great news for Apple fans.
Apple's Tim Cook has "never been more optimistic" about the state of the company and where it's heading for the future. In fact, speaking to investors in a recent call, he said that Apple is currently "rolling the dice" on future releases that just might "blow you away." Bold words.
Cook noted during the Apple meeting that the company's still looking to double revenue from services in 2020 from the $25 billion it made in 2016, with the eventual goal of lowering the price of the $1,200 MacBook Air. On that note, he announced a "long, great roadmap" of fantastic products coming down the line as related to the Apple Watch and AirPods, such as additional features for the Apple Watch, but didn't elaborate on what the AirPods may receive in the future.
It's unclear at this point what types of products Cook is referring to that are coming down the pipeline, but with Cook and Apple's interest in augmented reality and the AR glasses the team at Apple is working on, it wouldn't be surprising to see something rolling out from the company in the future down that avenue.
It's clear that those invested in Apple are looking for the next "exciting" thing to roll out the door, but the truth is, Apple hasn't given much of an indication what it's going to be next. Fortunately, we do know that the aforementioned exciting new products will mean an opportunity for those who might be wary of investing in the near future. Hopefully next time we hear from Cook, he'll be a lot less tight-lipped about things, especially because we can't wait to see what's coming down the pipeline from Apple, on any old given day. What do you think is next for the mammoth tech giant later on down the line?

As much as I have never been a fan of the entire iOS ecosystem, as well as the cult of personality around Apple, I don't think I have ever seen a tech keynote that was so literally game-changing before or since. Myself and my fellow workers were all sitting there pretty much just slack-jawed when they did the initial demos.

iPad Pro 10.5
Yeah, it's iterative on a years-old tablet design, but especially coming from an iPad 4, I couldn't believe how thin, light, and fast the Pro is, and the 120 Hz screen makes a huge difference in how pleasant it is to use. First iPad I've seen that really fulfills the potential of the product line. It's the main computing device I use around the house now, I don't touch a laptop and only use the PC for games and other heavy lifting. -

If you follow the rumors that’s definitely not what’s happening.
Marzipan is their attempt to unify the development tools for macOS and iOS meaning apps that are developed for iOS and follow their UX guidelines can be exported to macOS and automatically adapt to the Mac’s keyboard, mouse and trackpad interface. They wouldn’t be going to all that trouble if they just planned to throw a touch screen on macs.
