Weekend Console Download Deals for Feb. 22: First RDR2 discounts

Patience is paying off for those waiting for the Red Dead Redemption 2 prices to drop. The game is 25 percent off on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this weekend.

Red Dead Redemption II was one of the best games of 2018, but finding a good deal on it has proven fairly difficult. That is, until now. Red Dead Redemption II is getting its biggest discount to date on both the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace. So if you've waited this long to jump into it and there aren't enough blockbuster games to jump into this weekend, consider getting into RDR2.

Meanwhile, Xbox is offering something special for RTS fans. Both Halo Wars games are not only on sale, but Xbox Live Gold members can play both games for free all weekend. PlayStation owners can pick up some of the most critically acclaimed games on their PlayStation platform of choice. And lastly, Nintendo still has its big sale on Undertale going to help prep players for the Nintendo Switch version of Deltarune.
