Amazon has once again doled out a fresh set of rewards for all of the gamers who have an active Twitch Prime subscription. The latest game to get the freebie treatment is Apex Legends, the Titanfall-themed battle royale from the crew at Respawn Entertainment. By linking their Twitch Prime and Electronic Arts accounts, players can grab up the new Apex Legends pack and score a few free games as well. Here's how the whole process works.

How to download the Twitch Prime Apex Legends pack

The process required to claim and download the Apex Legends Twitch Prime pack is virtually identical to the process for any other free game goodies. The first step is to head over to the official Twitch Prime page. From there, look for the listing that says "Free In-Game Loot & More," then locate the Apex Legends: Omega Point Pahthfinder listing. It'll look like this:

Click on the Learn More button to be taken to the Amazon Twitch page for the Apex Legends loot pack. The page will have a big window in the middle outlined in blue with the text "Claim Now." Click on it, then follow the instructions to sign in to the Twitch Prime account in question. In case you weren't aware, all Amazon Prime customers get a free Twitch Prime subscription. Once logged in to the Twitch Prime account, follow the instructions to link Twitch Prime with the EA Origin account. During this step players will likely be directed to additionally log in using their PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, or EA Origin account, depending on which platform is used with Apex Legends. After that, a small amount of computer wizardry will occur, and the Pathfinder skin as well as five Apex Packs will be added to the player's account.
