When Nintendo Switch games go on sale, you pay attention. When first-party Switch games go on sale, you better start running. Right now, Walmart is running a deal that cuts first-party Nintendo Switch games down to $45, so you better act fast.

There are some top-quality Nintendo Switch games that are available during this Walmart sale, but you'll be heartbroken if you were hoping to grab Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for $45. It is still maintaining its launch price for now, but here are the highlights from Walmart's sale on first-party Nintendo titles, along with a few third-party releases that have gotten a price cut. Every first-party game on this list is $45:

While Super Smash Bros. Ultimate didn't get a price cut, a plethora of other titles did, so this is a good time to grab up some quality titles and add them to your backlog. Yes, that same backlog that has been staring you down for years. Even if you're not wanting to spend $45 a pop, there are some quality games available at a cheaper price.
