Final Fantasy 14 Online adds special Final Fantasy 15 side quest in December

Embark on an Adventure from Another World, as Noctis and company join the battle to save the Final Fantasy XV world in Final Fantasy XIV Online.

While Final Fantasy XV looks to be nearing its twilight, it continues to offer up some great crossover opportunities. The latest crossover sees the characters of Final Fantasy XV jump into the MMO space as part of a new event for Final Fantasy XIV Online.

An extremely dangerous primal has found its way into the Final Fantasy XV world and it's up to the characters of Final Fantasy XIV Online and a helpful Miqo'te character to help the main FF15 cast stop it. This is part of a side quest called "Adventure from Another World," in which the primal Garuda takes to the skies and offers up a challenge from both the ground and the air.

Completing the quest rewards new costumes from the Final Fantasy XV universe. In order to unlock the side quest, players must reach the beginning of the Hexatheon's Blessings and Touch the First Runestone quests. From there, they can request the side quest in the Duscae Region - Cauthless Rest Area.

Look for the "Adventure from Another World" side quest to hit Final Fantasy XIV Onlin as part of a free December 12 update.
