Blizzard announces Loot Goblin Amiibo for Diablo 3: Eternal Collection on Switch

Looking to add a new amiibo to your collection? Blizzard has just the thing.
Pick up the new Diablo Loot Goblin amiibo, just in time for Diablo 3: Eternal Collection, which features a grinning red goblin (which you likely know as the Treasure Goblin) carrying a bag of goodies. When you use it in-game, it will let you "summon your own portal to untold riches," which honestly sounds like a plan. I'm in.

You can grab your Loot Goblin in December, but there's no official release date beyond that just yet. With BlizzCon going on over the next couple of days, it's likely we'll hear a more specific date and more about what you can do with the figure.
In the meantime, Diablo 3: Eternal Collection is out on November 2, which comes with a fun selection of The Legend of Zelda items, which includes a Cucco companion, Golden Triforce portrait frame, and Ganondorf Transmog armor. It's going to be a merry Diablo time for all, that much is clear.
