Red Dead Redemption 2 features survival elements & weapon degradation
It doesn't look like into will dive fully into the survival genre, but these elements will certainly add to the immersion.
Gamers are going to be returning to Rockstar's take on the Wild West soon in Red Dead Redemption 2 and it looks like it will require an even more attentive player in order to survive the dangerous environment. When Red Dead Redemption 2 launches this October, lead character Arthur's health will have to be managed so that he performs well and the health of his weapons will also degrade over time.
The embargo has lifted on an early look at Red Dead Redemption 2 and Game Informer broke down these particular important takeaways from the experience.
