Hitchhiker and My Idol emotes land in Fortnite Item Shop

Bust a groove or show proper praise with the new Hitchhiker and My Idol emotes, now available in the Fortnite Item Shop.

Emotes are a great way for video game fans to showcase their style and/or humiliate opponents in the process, which is why Epic Games' battle royale Fortnite is chock full of them. The game gets new items and emotes all the time, and the latest Item Shop update now includes the hip-swinging Hitchhiker emote as well as the praiseworthy My Idol emote.

The Hitchhiker emote will set players back 500 V-Bucks, while the My Idol emote will cost just 200 V-Bucks. In addition to these two, players can expect to find the Stage Slayer and Synth Star outfits, the likes of which cost 1,500 V-Bucks, as well as the Empire Axe pickaxe and Nitelite outfit for 800 V-Bucks each. Finally, the Fossil Flyer is available for 500 V-Bucks, the Hot Ride parachute is 1,500 V-Bucks, and the Lead Swinger pickaxe is available for 500 V-Bucks.
