FIFA 19 Nintendo Switch interview: New game modes, specs, and crossplay

FIFA 18 was the first AAA sports title to land on the Nintendo Switch last year, where it was met with mixed reactions. It seems that EA has paid attention to last years criticisms and are looking to make notable improvements when FIFA 19 hits the Switch this Fall.

Andrei Lazarescu, the supervising producer for FIFA Switch spoke with us about what changes and improvements fans can expect in FIFA 19. The interview below is stuffed with details about FIFA 19 on Switch, graphics, engine, journey mode, and the implementation of a highly requested feature are all touched upon by Lazarescu. He also goes on to talk about the state of crossplay with the FIFA games while showing us some hands on gameplay with FIFA on Switch.
