Cyberpunk 2077 Gamescom 2018 'system update' teased for tomorrow

A potential new trailer is being shown tomorrow, August 21. Will it be the infamous gameplay trailer from E3?

Gamescom 2018 is nearly in full swing with a plethora of announcements today and CD Projekt Red is joining the fray with a teaser for the upcoming open-world RPG Cyberpunk 2077. Tomorrow, August 21, 2018, the team will be revealing a "system update version 2.18."

What will this update be? It's anyone's guess at this time. The previous public trailer showed of the world of Cyberpunk 2077 in a cinematic fashion, but there was also a behind-closed-doors gameplay trailer shown that wowed all attendees. The hope is that the Gamescom reveal will be of gameplay, but it's not certain if it will be the same one shown at E3 2018. Stay tuned to Shacknews for additional updates.
