Ronda Rousey Joins WWE 2K19 as a Pre-Order Bonus
As announced on WWE Monday Night Raw, the UFC legend-turned-WWE Superstar is making her WWE 2K debut, but only for those for pre-order.
If you were watching WWE Monday Night Raw tonight, you might have noticed something more than Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley having a wild pull-apart brawl and Sasha Banks and Bayley having some monumentally terrible therapy skits. There was also an ad for the upcoming WWE 2K19 and tonight's ad featured a reveal of a new pre-order character.
Yes, that's "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, formerly of the UFC and now of WWE fame. She made her debut at this year's Wrestlemania, putting Stephanie McMahon in an armbar in her first match as a part of the active WWE roster. Now she'll be part of the active roster for her first WWE 2K game. But she'll only be available for those who pre-order first, either from Best Buy, GameStop, or the 2K Store. She's expected to be made available to everyone eventually, but no word on when that will be.
Rousey joins the legendary Rey Mysterio as pre-order incentives for WWE 2K19. The game is set to release on October 9 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

They've been expanding the featureset bit by bit, but it's still a DLC-infested game hobbled by an annual release schedule, incomplete rosters, strange regressions to game modes, etc.
IMO Fire Pro Wrestling World is the game to get this year, but I can understand how the graphics can be offputting and the gameplay can be seen as unorthodox (winning is less important than putting on a great match).
