Xbox Games with Gold's May Lineup Includes Metal Gear Solid 5, Vanquish
War never changes, but it does get cheaper.
May's going to be a great month for Xbox Live Gold members, especially if you haven't played the final entry in the Metal Gear Solid saga. Microsoft looks to have put up its May 2018 Games with Gold announcement video a bit early, which means we now know which titles to look forward to that'll be free next month.
For May, Xbox One users can look forward to four free titles, with Xbox 360 players getting two to enjoy. This month's lineup is a doozy, with Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain and Super Mega Baseball 2 becoming available. Xbox 360 users will get Streets of Rage and Vanquish. These are all fantastic additions to your collection, but Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is a veritable masterpiece and it should already be on your shelf as we speak. Vanquish is nothing to sneeze at, either.
All Xbox 360 titles are backward compatible and can be utilized on Xbox One. We don't know exactly what day we can look forward to snagging these free games in May, but hopefully it'll land right around my birthday -- that's May 18, if anyone's keeping track, and I like free things for my birthday.
