The King Arrives! Black Panther DLC Coming To LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

Six new playable characters and a wonderfully realized Wakanda are coming to LEGO Marvel in a new DLC pack right in time for the movie's release.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 launched late last year and delivered another exciting and humorous romp featuring tons of classic and lesser known heroes and villains. The 2nd entry certainly cashed in on the popularity of the latest Marvel films and a bit of DLC is inspired by the upcoming Black Panther film, which arrives later this week. Marvel's Black Panther Character and Level Pack gives players control of the Black Panther as he and his brilliant sister Shuri take on a dangerous mission in their homeland Wakanda.

The environment design is one of the best improvements on the LEGO Marvel formula in this second edition and the afro-future Wakanda will likely be a treat to see in this new DLC pack. The collection of new content centered on Black Panther will cost $2.99 and will include six new playable characters: Black Panther (Vibranium suit), Okoye, Nakia, Erik Killmonger, Ulysses Klaue, and Everett K. Ross. 

The Black Panther pack can be purchased separately or can be accessed as part of the Season Pass, which is available for $14.99 and was a part of the deluxe edition of the game. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
