Injustice 2 Takes a First Look at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles This Wednesday
The final character(s) for Injustice 2 are nearly here. But first, NetherRealm is taking the Turtles to Twitch.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are ready to step out of the sewers and into Injustice 2. And it looks like the first opportunity for players to get a look at the Heroes in a Half-Shell will be this coming Wednesday.
Join us this Wednesday for a special #Watchtower stream featuring #TMNT! https://t.co/xASziaIvRw #injustice2 pic.twitter.com/xJ9b2LlQym

This live stream promises to answer some key questions about the Turtles, the biggest one being... how is this even supposed to work? There are clearly four Turtles, but they're all being presented as a tandem character. It's likely the idea will be that players can only pick one Turtle to go into battle and all four members of the team will have their own distinct special moves.
This stream will shed some light on not only how the Turtles will operate, but also when they should hit Injustice 2 for all players. NetherRealm Creative Director Ed Boon is promising a gameplay video later this week, which means the Turtles' arrival is nigh. The TMNT will mark the final character(s) to hit Fighter Pack #3 and, barring any further surprises, Injustice 2 as a whole. Shacknews will keep an eye out for any further reptilian news. Look for the stream to air Wednesday at 1PM PT on Twitch.
