Facebook And Instagram Down Minutes Before Zuckerberg's Oculus Keynote

An outage with no origin as of yet is keeping users from checking their social media streams.

Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled for an Oculus keynote within the hour but the Facebook team may have their plate full elsewhere. From the testimony of myself and many others online, Facebook and Instagram apps and websites are down.
