Dead Rising 4 Is Coming To PS4 With Frank's Big Package
Capcom announces Dead Rising 4 coming to Sony's console in a really, really big way.
It looks like Capcom Vancouver and Sony are a pretty tight fit. It couldn't have been a hard decision, but Capcom is bringing its zombie apocalypse to the PlayStation 4 with its thickest edition yet: Frank's Big Package.
Capcom Vancouver's online community specialist Jeffery Simpson took to the PlayStation blog to share the good news and hit us with a long list of details on the package. Since launching on Xbox One, Dead Rising 4 has had a plethora of DLC additions including a Street Fighter themed set of costumes and this new edition will be launching with all that and more. On December 5, PS4 players can drop $49.99 for the following:
- Dead Rising 4: the latest greatest version of the game, including post-launch difficulty settings and upcoming updates.
- Capcom Heroes: an all-new way to experience the Dead Rising 4 story that lets our hero Frank West wear over a dozen outfits and perform outrageous special attacks inspired by classic Capcom characters.
- All downloadable content: costumes and weapons from the Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack, additional single player content in Frank Rising and multiplayer action in Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf.
- All bonus content: Street Fighter Outfit Pack, My Bloody Valentine Pack, Candy Cane Crossbow, Slicecycle, Sir-Ice-A-Lot, Ugly Winter Sweater, and X-Fists.
If you've ever wanted to aim Mega Man's charge shot at a horde of zombies, you'll get your chance with the new Capcom Heroes DLC that's included. Dead Rising 4 came to Steam earlier this year so it's well overdue that this humorous gore-fest comes to PS4. If you haven't played, check out our review of the base game and get your zombie-killing cap ready for action for December 5, 2017.

Definitely not worth the money... The game itself is pretty cool but not as good as some of the past dead risings. The Frank Rising DLC is more like the last chapter if the game. Definitely fun but that's the only real DLC. The mini golf is fun for about an hour or two, but not much too it. The rest of the DLC is costumes and cosmetics that dont add much to the game really. So over all... not great.
